During 2019 the TSX Venture Exchange only recorded 73 IPO’s, as opposed to 108 during 2018. In December there were no mining IPO’s at all. Total funds raised in financings on the TSX.V was CAD$4.2 billion, a substantial reduction of 39.6% on the previous year. The number of financings fell 14.1% to 1,372.
